Koty L. Riall and Rodney D. Riall Death, Killed in Double Homicide at Anderson Home, 41‑Year‑Old Man Arrested on Two Murder Counts

The Madison County community is mourning the tragic deaths of Koty L. Riall, 37, and his father, Rodney D. Riall, 58, following a violent incident at a home north of Anderson, Indiana, that has now led to a double homicide investigation.

According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded late Saturday night to a property in the 3000 block of North 200W after a witness called 911 to report a death at the residence. When authorities arrived, they discovered two men deceased in separate locations on the property.

Investigators said Koty Riall was found inside a detached garage suffering from sharp-force injuries, while Rodney Riall was located between the garage and the home with multiple gunshot wounds. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
